A: Not that I have found.
Q: Then why bother if I can't just
by the rig and run it out of the box?

I figure it is part of the hobby,
hunting for the equipment,
making the proper Mods* and going "Live"!
Q: How many repeaters are there?
A: Not Sure, I know of 5 in Central Florida
Q: What Radios can I get?
A: Manufacturers Like
Kenwood, Motorola, Midland and a few others
have been putting Commercial account
on a nearby frequency for years.
Many of these users have switched to Nextel
and these radios a popping up all over the place.
Well, it is a band we need to get active
on so we
Don't loose it from our Spectrum.
